So this ONE that is currently sustaining your individuation - your mindbody - in this very moment is the same ONE that is currently sustaining everything - houses, countries, cigarette butts, archangels, Babaji, the neighbour, universes, celestial beings, gods, star systems, etc., etc.. IT is who you ARE. Who you ARE is this ONE. You do not "add" this ONE to who you think you are. You let go of - surrender - who you think you are and realise the ONE that is who you already ARE. Pure awareness is who you ARE. IT is this "motion of seeing" that is flowing through your eyes right now. This "motion of aliveness" is the "central point" of what is completely beyond beyondness as IT flows into and sustains manifestation for its duration - until it dies. All manifestation dies. All transiency passes away. Only THAT which is not born will not die. And THAT is who you ARE. The impersonal solid "rocklike" mass of nothingness, completely independent of all arising, from which all things arise, is who you ARE. Until you realise your SELF you are going to be forever in search of IT, believing yourself to be this "person" that you think you are and suffering this mistaken identity. Who you ARE is freedom ITself. IT is already true of you right here right now. You must bend your mind to the task of aligning your attention to this "seeing" that is flowing through your eyes right now and come to rest AS this "aliveness." Then, and ONLY then, are you free of the prison and bondage of your own creation. Listening to your chattering and restless mind as if it were your guiding "light" in life, instead of bending your mind to the task of going beyond the mind itself, and you will continue in your familiarity of who you think you are - lost in your fears and desires, pains and sufferings, stuck in falsity with a future of perpetuating the same” - Elysha
